生产工艺与技术 | Production Process and Technology

冶炼工艺

  • 铁水预处理:控制入炉铁水P含量≤0.110%
  • 转炉冶炼:采用双渣工艺,终点P含量<0.010%
  • LF精炼:微正压操作,白渣操作,可使[S]≤0.002%
  • RH精炼:真空循环时间≥20分钟,纯脱气时间≥6分钟
  • 连铸:全程保护浇注,使用轻压下技术,保证铸坯内部质量

轧制工艺

邯钢采用新型控制轧制和控制冷却工艺(TMCP):

  • 低温加热工艺:加热段温度≤1170℃,均热段≤1150℃
  • 两阶段控轧
  • 奥氏体再结晶区轧制:单道次压下率≥17%
  • 奥氏体未再结晶区轧制:累积压下率不低于60%,单道次压下率≥12%
  • 控制冷却:采用超快冷技术,冷却速度≥15℃/s,终冷温度≤400℃

这种工艺确保了钢材获得细小的晶粒组织(平均晶粒直径约4.2~7.8μm),针状铁素体+贝氏体的微观组织,以及无带状组织的特点,从而具有优异的耐HIC性能。

Smelting Process

  • Hot metal pretreatment: Control P content in hot metal ≤0.110%
  • Converter smelting: Adopt double slag process, end point P content <0.010%
  • LF refining: Slightly positive pressure operation, white slag operation, can make [S]≤0.002%
  • RH refining: Vacuum circulation time ≥20 minutes, pure degassing time ≥6 minutes
  • Continuous casting: Full protection pouring, use soft reduction technology to ensure internal quality of slab

Rolling Process

Handan Iron and Steel adopts a new controlled rolling and controlled cooling process (TMCP):

  • Low temperature heating process: Heating section temperature ≤1170℃, soaking section ≤1150℃
  • Two-stage controlled rolling
  • Austenite recrystallization zone rolling: Single pass reduction rate ≥17%
  • Austenite non-recrystallization zone rolling: Cumulative reduction rate not less than 60%, single pass reduction rate ≥12%
  • Controlled cooling: Adopt ultra-fast cooling technology, cooling speed ≥15℃/s, final cooling temperature ≤400℃

This process ensures that the steel obtains a fine grain structure (average grain diameter about 4.2~7.8μm), a microstructure of acicular ferrite + bainite, and the characteristics of no banded structure, thus having excellent HIC resistance.
