Wuyang New Wide Heavy Steel Plate Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wuyang New Wide Heavy") is a state-owned enterprise specializing in ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing. It is affiliated with HBIS Group and is one of China's important bases for the production and research of wide heavy steel plates.

产品广泛应用于国家重大工程和国防军工项目，如三峡工程(供应量占比80%)、北京奥运"鸟巢"体育场、港珠澳大桥、西气东输管线、载人航天工程等。

The company's core business is ferrous metal smelting, rolling processing, and sales. Its products cover multiple high-end series of wide heavy steel plates, including 16 major series and over 300 grades such as high-strength low-alloy steel plates, boiler and pressure vessel steel plates, bridge steel plates, ship and ocean engineering steel plates, and die steel plates.

Products are widely used in national major projects and national defense military projects, such as the Three Gorges Project (80% supply share), Beijing Olympic "Bird's Nest" Stadium, Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, West-East Gas Pipeline, and manned space program.
