In 2012, HZZ IRON AND STEEL CO., LTD supplies pressure vessel steel plates to Danieli Far East Co., Ltd. (Now it’s name is Danieli Co., Ltd.). Danieli is one of the three largest suppliers of plants and equipments to the metals industry, world wide.
Before getting this order, HZZ offers at least dozens of quotations to Danieli with the best patience and sincerity. Finally, HZZ gets the order. Though the order is not much, just 200 tons. But HZZ insists that this is the good start.
Danieli is a veritable good company. All the technical requirements are informed and remarked. As the material Q345R and P355GH, the requirements of Delivery Condition, Surface Condition according to EN10163 Class B2, Tolerances on Dimensions as per EN10029 Class B, Charpy V-Notch Impact Test and Additional Test of Ultrasonic Test EN10163 S2E3, HZZ confirms these one by one. Later, Danieli receives the plates smoothly. After a few of months, HZZ gets the feedback from Danieli that quality of plates are high and everything is satisfied. Up to now, HZZ is still working with Danieli.
