涟钢是国内少数可稳定生产供应极薄宽规格汽车车厢用钢的企业之一,产品为商用车轻量化的优选材料,可稳定提供1.2×1250mm、2.0×1610mm、3.0×1800mm的极限规格,其中3×1800mm规格的LG750XT板形性能优异。

As one of the few enterprises in China that can stably produce and supply extremely thin and wide steel for automotive compartment, LY Steel can stably supply the extreme specifications of 1.2 × 1250mm, 2.0 × 1610mm and 3.0 × 1800mm. It is a preferred lightweight material for commercial vehicles, with excellent profile performance of LG750XT in 3×1800mm specification.

高强冷弯型钢 / High-strength Cold-formed Steel

涟钢高强冷弯型钢采用第二相粒子析出强化为主的钢系,在具备较高强度的同时保持较高延伸率,主要应用于新能源汽车骨架制作,可加工为方管、异截面管等,且具备良好的焊接性能与耐蚀性能。

LY Steel's high-strength cold-formed steel adopts a steel system mainly based on precipitation strengthening of second-phase particles, maintaining high elongation while having high strength. It is mainly used in the production of new energy vehicle frameworks, can be processed into square tubes and special-shaped section tubes, and has good welding performance and corrosion resistance.
