Terms:
1. FOB Price / CFR, sea freight should be quoted separately.
2. Payment: 100% through irrevocable letter of credit.
3. Validity: 30-60 days required
Following Tests are required:
a. Third Party Inspection.
b. Chemical composition as per ASTM standard
c. Mechanical properties:
Yield strength >= 425MPa
Tensile strength >= 752MPa
Hardness >=217HB, %
Elongation >=10%.
d. Ultrasonic test as per ASTM A578.
e. Metrology ( dimensional inspection) reports conforming following parameters:
i. Variation in flatness and straightness across length, width and thickness must be in 5mm.
ii. Plates must be properly sheared with square edges and diagonally set.
iii. Manufacturing of plates through rolling process, simply casting process is not acceptable at any cost.
