Hunan Lianyuan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred as LY Steel) located in Loudi city, Hunan province, is one of the core backbone enterprises of Hunan Iron & Steel Group Co., Ltd, with a complete set of modern technology equipment from coking, sintering, steelmaking, rolling, processing and distribution. In recent years, LY Steel has firmly implemented the quality benefit strategy, accelerating the integrated development of industrial chain, talent chain and innovation chain. A large number of advanced production lines, such as steel for high-strength engineering machinery, high-end cold-rolled steel for household appliances, cold-rolling single stand mill, 1580mm hot strip mill, high-speed rebar mill, have been put into production, with greatly enhanced capacity of high-end, intelligent, green equipment. More than 30 doctors and other high-end talents have been introduced to jointly tackle key problems with more than 10 domestic first-class scientific research institutions. 17 scientific and technological innovation platforms have been established, such as the joint innovation laboratory for automotive lightweight, the collaborative innovation center of high quality corrosion-resistant steel and green application. 4 scientific and technological achievements have won the National Scientific and Technological Progress Award, and 51 of them have won the Provincial and Ministerial Scientific and Technological Progress Award. 工艺装备 Process Equipment

1. CSP线 / CSP Line

涟钢薄板坯连铸连轧生产线（CSP）设备精良，工艺先进，是世界上*先进的薄板坯连铸连轧生产线之一。
The CSP line of LY Steel is well equipped with advanced equipment and process, which is one of the most advanced thin slab continuous casting and rolling lines in the world.
产品规格：厚度0.8~12.7mm，宽度900~1600mm，卷内径762mm，卷重≤29.6t。根据客户要求，产品既可按国标、行标或技术协议供货，也可按日标、美标、欧标交货。

2. 2250热轧线 / 2250 Hot Rolling Line

涟钢新炼轧系统集成当代领先工艺技术，采用了连铸坯热装热送、先进的节能型蓄热式加热炉，最高热装温度超过900摄氏度；在提高产品性能、质量方面采用了控轧控冷技术（TMCP）、高精度轧制技术、轧后超快冷技术（国内首创），生产线的装备及控制水平达到**先进水平。
The new steelmaking and hot rolling system of LY Steel is integrated with advanced process and technology, adopting hot delivering and charging of continuous casting billets and advanced energy-saving regenerative reheating furnace, with the highest charging temperature exceeding 900℃. In terms of improving product performance and quality, TMCP (Thermo-Mechanical Control Process), high-precision rolling technology and ultra-fast cooling after rolling (initiative in China) are adopted. The equipment and control level of the production line have reached the international advanced level.

3. 1580热轧线 / 1580 Hot Rolling Line

1580热轧线主要生产无取向硅钢、取向硅钢、中高碳钢、冷轧及深加工用钢、热轧商品材等产品；在提高产品性能、质量方面采用了加热炉自动烧钢技术、层冷自动边部遮挡技术、全工序自动纠偏技术、先进的轧线除尘技术；全线采用全国产设备、技术，首次实现国产主传动在宽热连轧的应用，是国内冶金行业国产高端装备应用的里程碑工程。
The main products of the 1580mm hot rolling line include NGO Silicon Steel, GO Silicon Steel, medium and high carbon steel, cold-rolled and deep-processed steel, commercial hot-rolled steel. To improve product performance and quality, automatic reheating technology, automatic side shielding for laminar cooling, automatic deviation correction for the whole process and advanced rolling line dust removal technology are adopted. The whole line uses domestic equipment and technology, and realizes the application of domestic main drive in wide hot continuous rolling for the first time, which is a milestone project for the application of domestic high-end equipment in the domestic metallurgical industry.

4. 高强平整机 / High Strength Temper Mill

高强平整机年产能80万吨，平整最高屈服强度可达1000MPa，重卷屈服强度可达1500MPa。
The annual capacity of the high strength temper mill is 800 thousand tons. The maximum yield strength for tempering can reach 1000MPa, and the yield strength for recoiling can reach 1500MPa.

5. 高强横切线 / Cross-cut Shearing Line

涟钢具有3条横切开平线，年开平能力120万吨。产线配套全自动超声探伤仪、平直度仪、表检仪等高端质量检测设备，同时搭配自动喷印和刻印设备。
LY Steel has three cross-cut shearing lines, with an annual leveling capacity of 1.2 million tons. The production line is equipped with high-end quality inspection equipment such as automatic ultrasonic flaw detector, flatness gauge, surface inspection device, as well as automatic spray printing and marking equipment.

6. 热处理生产线 / Heat Treatment Line

涟钢是国内第一家实现热轧板卷经开平横切后再进行热处理的生产企业，目前是全球主要的高端中薄规格热处理板材生产基地；可进行淬火、正火、回火、淬火+回火、正火+回火等热处理工艺，现有年生产能力120万吨。
LY Steel is the first manufacturer in China that can conduct heat treatment on hot-rolled coils after cross-cut shearing. Currently, it is the world’s main manufacturing base of high-end medium and thin gauge heat-treated sheets. Heat treatment processes such as quenching, normalizing, tempering, quenching+tempering and normalizing+tempering can be carried out, with an annual production capacity of 1.2 million tons.
涟钢热处理板厂拥有13条热处理线（19座热处理炉、7台淬火机）、9条矫直线、3条自动包装线和1条钢板生态除鳞线（SED）。基于先进的辊压式淬火技术和卓越的矫直能力，可生产包括高强钢、耐磨钢、防弹钢、船板和压力容器用钢等高端热处理产品（最高抗拉强度可达2200MPa），其中2mm淬火板是全球范围内*薄的高强热处理产品。
LY Steel's heat treatment plate plant has 13 heat treatment production lines (19 heat treatment furnaces and 7 quenching machines), 9 levelers, 3 automatic packaging lines and 1 steel eco descaling line (SED). Based on advanced rolling quenching technology and excellent leveling ability, it can produce high-end heat-treated products including high-strength steel, wear-resistant steel, bulletproof steel, ship plate and pressure vessel steel (the maximum tensile strength can reach 2200MPa), among which the 2mm quenched sheet is the thinnest high-strength heat-treated product in the world.

7. 冷轧线 / Cold Rolling Line

涟钢冷轧板厂全线引进或集成当代领先工艺和设备，总产能295万吨，其中退平产品75万吨、酸洗产品55万吨、镀锌产品140万吨，其余为冷硬产品。
LY Steel’s cold rolling mill introduces or integrates leading technologies and equipment. The total capacity is 2.95 million tons, including 0.75 million tons of annealed and skin-passed products, 0.55 million tons of pickled products, 1.4 million tons of galvanized products, and the rest are full hard coils.
（1）连轧线：PLTCM
主体设备为激光焊机+浅槽紊流酸洗+5机架UCM连轧机，具备优良的厚度精度和板形控制能力，年生产能力240万吨。
(1) Tandem Mill: PLTCM
Main equipment includes laser welder + shallow slot turbulent pickling + 5-stand UCM tandem mill. The line has good gauge and profile control, with an annual capacity of 2.4 million tons.

（2）退平线：Annealing and skin-passed line
主体设备为全氢罩式退火炉+4辊平整机+2条重卷检查机组。全氢罩式炉传热效率高，重卷检查线均配备了进口表面缺陷检测仪，年生产能力75万吨。
(2) Annealing and skin-passed line
Main equipment includes full-hydrogen batch annealing furnace + 4-hi skin pass mill + 2 recoiling lines. The full-hydrogen batch annealing furnace has high heat transfer efficiency, and the recoiling lines are equipped with imported surface defect detectors, with an annual capacity of 0.75 million tons.

（3）镀锌线：Galvanizing line
涟钢热镀锌产线采用**先进的美钢联全辐射立式退火炉生产技术，全进口方登气刀、锌锅及辊系集成技术，同时采用先进的智能控制集成技术；具备全面的质量检测装置及技术，产线专门配置预氧化功能，为高强钢生产提供保证，年生产能力140万吨。
(3) Galvanizing line
LY Steel’s hot dip galvanizing line is equipped with the world’s advanced UEC full-radiant vertical annealing furnace, imported FOEN air knife, zinc pot roller integration technology, and advanced intelligent control integration technology. The line has complete quality inspection devices and technologies, and is equipped with a pre-oxidation function to ensure the production of high-strength steel, with an annual capacity of 1.4 million tons.

（4）酸洗线：Pickling line
采用5段浅槽紊流盐酸酸洗+4段漂洗，酸洗浓度自动控制，配有切边圆盘剪和涂油机，年生产能力55万吨。

The line has 5 sections of shallow slot turbulent hydrochloric acid pickling + 4 sections of rinsing. The acid concentration is automatically controlled, and the line is equipped with side trimmer and oiler, with an annual capacity of 0.55 million tons.

（5）十八辊单机架可逆轧机：18-hi single stand reversible mill

冷轧硅钢项目主要生产中高牌号和新能源汽车用无取向硅钢，以及高磁感取向硅钢，成为高端硅钢产品的钢铁综合供应商，主要供应高效电机、新能源汽车驱动电机、高端家电产品和各类变压器等领域。
The cold-rolled silicon steel project mainly produces NGO Silicon Steel of medium and high grades and special grades for new energy vehicles, as well as high permeability grain GO Silicon Steels.
