摘要 / Abstract

本规范涵盖主要用于焊接压力容器中的碳钢板，其中改善缺口韧性很重要。根据不同的强度级别，钢板分为四个等级：55、60、65和70级。钢板的最大厚度仅受限于成分满足规定的机械性能要求的能力。钢应为镇静钢，并应符合细奥氏体晶粒尺寸要求。机械性能如抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率应由钢板的拉伸试验确定。

This specification covers carbon steel plates intended primarily for service in welded pressure vessels where improved notch toughness is important. According to different strength levels, the plates are available in four grades: Grades 55,60,65, and 70.The maximum thickness of plates is limited only by the capacity of the composition to meet the specified mechanical property requirements.The steel shall be killed and shall conform to fine austenitic grain size requirements.The mechanical properties such as tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation shall be determined by a tension test for the plates.

范围 / Scope

1.1 本规范${}^{2}$涵盖主要用于焊接压力容器中的碳钢板，其中改善缺口韧性很重要。

1.1 This specification ${}^{2}$ covers carbon steel plates intended primarily for service in welded pressure vessels where improved notch toughness is important.

1.2 本规范下的钢板有四个强度等级，如下表所示：

1.3 钢板的最大厚度仅受限于成分满足规定的机械性能要求的能力。

1.3 The maximum thickness of plates is limited only by the capacity of the composition to meet the specified mechanical property requirements.

1.4 对于由卷材生产且未经热处理或仅进行应力消除的钢板，应满足规范A20/A20M的附加要求，包括附加测试要求和报告附加测试结果。

1.4 For plates produced from coil and furnished without heat treatment or with stress relieving only,the additional requirements, including additional testing requirements and the reporting of additional test results of Specification A20/A20M apply.

1.5 以英寸-磅单位或SI单位表示的值应单独视为标准值。在文本中，SI单位显示在括号中。每个系统中的值并非完全等效；因此，每个系统必须独立使用。组合使用两个系统的值可能导致不符合规范。

1.5 The values stated in either inch-pound units or SI units are to be regarded separately as standard. Within the text, the SI units are shown in brackets. The values stated in each system are not exact equivalents; therefore, each system must be used independently of the other.Combining values from the two systems may result in nonconformance with the specification.
