Forward booking for special grades
Long-standing arrangements with major Chinese mills — production slots booked direct, lead times and inspection routines transparent.
What the warehouse cannot cover — oversize, extra-thick, special grades, plates with guaranteed properties — books forward from the mill. We translate your technical requirements into order clauses exactly: standard, delivery condition, UT class, impact temperature, Z grade, HIC indication, every line written down and checked against at inspection.
| Booking line | Mills | Strengths | Typical lead time |

| Medium plate | Xingang / Nangang / Shougang | vessel, low-alloy, ship plate | 3–4 weeks |
| Medium plate | Rigang / Puyang / Hanye | carbon, low-alloy, wear plate | 2–4 weeks |
| Coil | Baowu group mills | hot-rolled coil, slit & leveled | 2–3 weeks |

From Chinese mills to overseas job sites
Plate and coil export is a year-round line for us, with delivery records into Korea, Vietnam, India, Japan, Mauritius, the US and the EU. Class-society certified plate, EN10204 3.1 certificates, complete English documentation — customs does not stumble.
- Containers, break-bulk and ro-ro loading, planned per cargo
- Third-party inspection (SGS, BV) arranged — pre-shipment, witnessed
- Timber packaging heat-treated with IPPC marks, corner-guarded and strapped
Three documents travel with every order
Every consignment leaves with three papers: the mill certificate (heat numbers, chemistry, mechanicals), the UT report (when a class is specified), and the delivery note (stencil matched to piece count). Check the goods against the papers on arrival — if a plate does not match its documents, do not pay for it. That rule has run in-house for years.

常见问答
How do payments work on booked material?
Advance-plus-balance, bank acceptance bills and similar instruments; framework clients have agreed credit lines. Terms are settled per order by size and stage of cooperation.
Typical export lead time?
Stock-cut parts stuff within 2–3 weeks; booked plate adds 3–5 weeks of mill scheduling, plus 3–4 weeks of sea time to major lanes — plan six to nine weeks door-to-port-to-port, longer in peak season.
Can you host third-party inspection?
Yes. SGS, BV and class surveyors are welcome at the warehouse or mill, sampling and UT witnessed; inspection costs passed through at actuals.
