30,000+ tonnes, kept indoors
The stock mix follows the customers: vessel plate, low-temperature plate, wear plate and low-alloy plate dominate, with plain-carbon grades covering the common sizes. Everything sits indoors on dunnage, sorted by grade and size, with a signage board for each bay — no digging through piles to find your plate.
- Thickness 6–250 mm, widths 1500–4020 mm, lengths to 15 m
- Vessel and low-temperature plate with certificates, heat numbers traceable
- Small lots welcome — a few tonnes ship without a minimum-order fuss

Cutting: a drawing in, a finished part out
Annual cutting capacity of 18,000 tonnes across CNC flame, plasma and laser lines. Circles, rings, flanges, squares, sectors and shaped parts — bevels cut to drawing. Send a CAD file or a clearly dimensioned sketch; we return a nesting drawing for confirmation before cutting.

The workflow, in four steps
1 · Drawing check
Material, thickness, quantity and tolerance confirmed; questions raised before the first spark.
2 · Nesting
Full-sheet nesting with utilisation stated, offcuts planned — nothing wasted in silence.
3 · Cutting
Flame, plasma or laser by thickness and tolerance; preheat for thick plate; self-inspection after cutting.
4 · QC & dispatch
Dimension re-check, marking transfer, corner-protected packing, cutting record enclosed.

常见问答
Is there a minimum order?
No hard minimum. A few tonnes of loose plate or a couple of cut parts are routine orders, priced transparently.
What cutting tolerances can you hold?
Flame roughly ±1.5–2 mm, plasma around ±1 mm, laser ±0.2–0.5 mm depending on thickness and contour complexity — agreed at drawing confirmation.
What happens to offcuts?
Registered into stock after nesting. Buy them at offcut rates, or bank them against a future order — no good plate goes to waste.
